Menus for the Elementary, JH, and SH will be emailed to the parents/guardians of all students monthly. If you did not receive one or do not have an email, please call the Food Service Office at 814-695-7537 or the school office where your student attends, and we will be sure to get a menu to you.

The cafeteria will provide a food substitution for students who have food allergies and/or food intolerance.
To ensure the safety of your child with a special dietary need, please have a physician fill out and sign a food allergy or intolerance form. The form is available at the school nurse's office or by calling the food service office at 814-695-7537.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions
participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (found online via this link) and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
